No. According to the terms of sale, no refunds are issued once the purchase has been made. Only in cases in which, for reasons ajributable to the museum, it is not possible to provide the service will the amount be refunded through the same payment channel as where the purchase was made.
This is not necessary, except in the case of guided tours, as places are limited and subject to
