  • Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • For cultural, social, and non-profit associations.
  • Other community groups may ask to be considered social interest groups by sending a reasoned letter to the Museum. Said request must be approved.

Guided tours

Two guided tours will be offered during the inaugural period. To gateway to basque culture is an introductory visit
in which the Museum is presented, explaining its physical and conceptual transformation.
Begiradak proposes short, themed visits as a way to approach the Museum.

    • Designed for those visiting the Museum for the first time and for those who are already familiar with it.
    • An informative tour not only about the collection, but also about the Museum’s transformation process.
    • It lays out the keys to a new model for a contemporary museum: open, participatory, etc.
    • Content: History of the institution, building, process, heritage, and culture.

  • Begiradak

    30 min.
    • Short visits focusing on key highlights of the Museum.
    • Specific topics and unique collections.
    • Once the guided tour is over, visitors can continue exploring the Museum independently.

How many people can participate per group? 

Up to 20 people. There is no minimum number of people.

Can guided tours for groups be booked on the same day as the visit?

Bookings for group visits with the Museum's Education Service must be made at least 72 hours
in advance.
